Audit of Information Technology on system service customer relationship management (S2-CRM) periodically to ensure the on going IT operations used by the organization. Audit of Information Technology at the service customer relationship management system is also used to measure the benefits of its use and to what extent have done well. S2-CRM is used to manage customer data member ace. Audit of Information Technology on system service customer relationship management using standard COBIT 5 on the domain deliver, service and support (DSS), especially in the process, among others DSS01 (Managing Operations), DSS02 (Manage service requests and incidents), DSS03 (Managing Problems), DSS04 (Managing Continuity / continuous), DSS05 (Managing security services), DSS06 (Managing business process control). The results show the level of process capability level 2 on the domain, among others DSS02, DSS04 and DSS05 and for level 3 processes, among others DSS01, DSS03 and DSS06. While the target to be achieved is a level 3 each process was regulated and well documented. Domain already reached the level can be maintained and improved again to level 4 while domains that do not reach that level given process improvement recommendations.
